Terrible! I would give zero stars. This morning I go here to wash the car, I first do the pre-wash with the lances, I soap the car, there is a guy in the queue who while I'm doing the pre-wash gets the petrol station attendant to explain how it works, when I finish I ask him to move the car since he placed it halfway between the brushes and the lances, right behind mine, then it goes into the prewash that I just finished using, I queue up at the brushes because there is a car inside , The guy finishes the pre-wash and comes next to me and asks: don't you think you should go first? Meanwhile there are 2 other cars behind me. I reply that I finished before him and so yes! This one starts to rant, I go to the petrol station to ask for help and this gets into the brushes. The employees tell me that he had already paid and could therefore pass. It's a self-service place so first comers usually park their car and then pay at the machine. I don't think there is a reservation. Moral of the story I left with the car soaped up and went to do the washing at Q8 a little further on. Apart from the smart guy on duty who is everywhere, I was really shocked by the staff.

Outrageous staff. The attendant objected because I didn't jump for joy (I didn't open my mouth...) after a long wait when he asked me to give priority to another customer who was waiting to pay. In the meantime, he had inexplicably given priority to another customer (the last one to arrive) by making him pay first. Next time I'll tell her well done, maybe she won't feel like she can interpret the look of a clearly disgraced customer (customer's right) both because of the wait and because of her own dicks.
